At the end of a very busy term, it is right to thank you all for your support of Thurlbear School. We all work hard together to make the primary school years as memorable and formative as possible. Every day your child attends is another day of learning and experience within the curriculum. Even with today’s wonderful visit from Santa, classes were still creating quality writing for their publishing books, checking a final spelling test, looking at maths assessments with each other, and finishing reading their whole-class fiction books!
However, there is always time for joy, and our older pupils were exemplary when father Christmas came to visit. They spread the happiness across the school, today, and the younger pupils responded so positively.
Over the holidays, I will put together some images from this term as a review. Until then, I hope you have a peaceful festive time, take a break and enjoy your own special moments.
