Parents of prospective pupils must, in advance, contact the school during the school day, so we can organise a planned, safe visit with all COVID-19 school regulations in mind. This will still give you a good flavour of our school life and community.

As many of you will know, our 2022 – 2023 academic year was the 150th anniversary of Thurlbear School. Many ‘things’ got in the way of us celebrating properly with our pupils and with you, the families. Therefore, on Friday the 15th September, we will be coming together as a school to celebrate 150 years of Thurlbear Primary School.
