SIMS360 Pay are having technical difficulties (for once, it isn’t us). This is their message – essentially, it is work in progress so ring SCHOOL if you need anything urgently:
Registration Delay when registering
15:00 – We are aware that there have been significant issues being experienced with registration via SIMS ID for the above products. These have been related to two separate issues which we have taken action to investigate and resolve.
- Where registration is failing for a NEW user, please now ask them to try registering again by clicking on the link in the invitation email. There should be no need to reinvite them. Steps have been taken to address the problem that was stopping the registration from completing successfully.
- Where a school has UNREGISTERED a parent, student or staff member but that person has not been able to re-register with the same email address, please now advise them to try again after 24 hours. This has been investigated and any necessary changes to backend process are being considered. In the meantime we are ensuring that the emails are cleared so that the user can now complete re-registration successfully.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused to schools and to their parents at this busy time. We will continue to monitor all related live systems. Any customers who have cases logged will receive an update from the service desk. If there are further concerns or any issues remain unresolved then please log a case to your support provider as usual for investigation.
11:30 – We are aware of an issue when attempting to register with Pay360 Education Payments where Parents are seeing a “Registration Delay” message.
This issue is currently under investigation.
