Huge thanks for your entries to the PTA Easter competitions! There have been some wonderful creations made over the holiday and myself, Mrs Carter and Mrs Moore have had a tricky time picking winners!
Admissions date: If you know of of any family who wants to submit an application for a Reception Class space for September 2021-2022, please tell them the cut-off date is May 4th. We are told that there is a lower number of applicants across our locality, but applying before this date is necessary for those wishing to get a place in September at Thurlbear. Contact our Office Team ASAP if you need further help with this. Please do let others know.
Midday Supervisor 6 hrs & 15 mins per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 12.15 – 1.30pm, £9.43 per hour.A vacancy has arisen within our busy lunchtime team for a Midday Supervisor. The role is to help and support children within the dining room and at outside play. If you are interested in applying for the role or would like further details please contact Mrs Moore within the school office or email jmoore@educ.somerset.gov.uk
Pre-loved UniformThe PTA are continuing to take donations of ‘pre-loved’ uniform. School cardigans would be particularly useful. Donations can be dropped off at the school.
