Mrs Isaacs has asked me to pass on an update. Both heart-breaking and heart-warming:
” GOSIA LU URKRAINE APPEAL UPDATE!!!
After your fantastic response to this appeal in goods and money donations . The van will leave tonight fully loaded to go to Poland. After your donations Gosia and her husband have taken all the donations in, taken them all apart sorted through every item that you have donated, put them in to separate boxes. From medical to toiletries, nappies, ladies personal pads, socks for kids socks for adults , kids cloths adult cloths., etc…. customs docs on each box.
ALL OF THIS TAKES A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF TIME AND I JUST PERSONALLY WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEM BOTH ❤️❤️
some letters of prayers from your children that will be given DIRECT to the people of UKRAINE. We have also secured outside funds to send another van on weds, and hopefully a third van, with the amount of donations we received in conjunction with Thurlbear school!
We hope to keep you all posted with updates of the arrival of your donations including pictures to Gosia’s home town where 160 families are waiting for them including 40 orphaned children❤️❤️
